The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion
Internet access, mobile number, email address and purchase of a pint of Guinness or Guinness 0.0 (where available) are required for entry.
To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a pint of Guinness or Guinness 0.0 from any participating Marston’s outlet, scan QR code or visit winwithGuinnessxMarstons.co.uk and enter full name, email address, mobile number, region, date of birth, select the outlet you purchased from and upload an image of your pint between 26th December 2024 and 8th May 2025. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.
Limited to one entry per person & mobile number per day. Maximum of 4 entries per person & mobile number in total over the promotional period. Limited to 2 prizes per person.
There will be 20 winners in total throughout the promotional period. There will be 4 winners per draw as detailed below.

The winners of each draw will be the first 4 valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions on the draw dates specified above and notified by phone call to the mobile number provided upon entry within 3 working days of each draw
If the winner does not respond to the notification within 3 working days, their prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected by the same process as set out above at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Alternative winners may have less time to respond.
The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter will require as much information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless or until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. Entrants who use anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable, Mailinator or Apple’s “Hide my Email” feature will not be entered into the Promotion. Winners that do not fulfil the requirements set out in these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
Each winner will receive 2 x Premier League hospitality home match tickets to a 2024/2025 Wolverhampton Wanderers FC Premier League fixture. Each prize includes:
2 x Match day tickets in the Guinness box
Three course meal with complimentary drinks for winner and their guest
Snack at half time for winner and their guest
Matchday programme
Small gift from the club
The winner and any guest(s) must be over 18 in order to attend the prize.
The winner and their guest must be available to attend the Premier League match specified by the Promoter and may be required to provide photographic ID upon entry. Other than the items specifically referred to in paragraph 10, the prize does not include any other costs or expenses which shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guest(s) whilst enjoying the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guest(s) from participation in the prize if the winner and/or their guest fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or the winner and/or guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
The Promoter shall have no responsibility for any cancellation or curtailment of the match for any reason.
The tickets for the match will be delivered via email at least 2 days before the date of the match.
Entry to the Premier League stadiums is subject to normal conditions of ticket entry. All tickets are “home” tickets and you must be a home or neutral supporter to attend the match. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a Premier League stadium. Winners are subject to screening by Wolverhampton Wanderers FC based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
Each ticket is issued by the Wolverhampton Wanderers FC subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Club and will be provided to you with your prize. The use of a ticket to enter the Club's stadium constitutes acceptance of the Club's terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
Wolverhampton Wanderers FC reserve the right to eject from the stadium any person who fails to comply with applicable terms or conditions of entry.
If the Winner or their guest are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended), you will be refused entry to the competition and to all Premier League Club stadiums.
The prizes are not for resale, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with a third party who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.
Subject to paragraph 22 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped addressed envelope for such a response) to Guinness x Marston’s Premier League FPD Winners List (8363), PO Box 906, Chilton, HP22 9HR, the winners’ surnames and counties.
Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 21 by writing to consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 21 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
The winner may be asked to take part in publicity.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions or if it has any reason to believe that attempts have been made to distort the spirit of Promotion.
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
